Lilly Langer is a classically trained artist who recently moved to Chapel Hill, NC.
She received her art training at the Romero-Hidalgo Atelier in Florida where
she studied with Venezuelan artists, Abdon Romero and Sonia Hidalgo.
She has also studied painting under many renown artists such as David Leffel,
Sherrie McGraw, Scott Burdick, John Budicin, Dan Goozie, Carolyn Anderson,
Gay Faulkenberry, Eric Michaels, and Phil Beck. Lilly works primarily in oil on a variety of surfaces. Her subjects include the figure, landscapes and still life. Since moving to North Carolina in 2004, she was has shown her work at the annual juried show by the Artist’s League of Cary and, in addition, at the Durham Artist’s Guild. Her work has been acquired by private collectors in Chapel Hill, across the United States and Europe. |
